What you will learn
“Innovate or die” is a phrase that has been much used over the past few years, and indeed, it is generally accepted that the firms that will have a long-term future are those that can systematically build innovation into their DNA. But how do you achieve this? What do you have to do to make innovation happen?
The overall objective of this session is to give participants a clear awareness of the concepts underlying creative thinking, and to suggest to them ways in which they can harness these in order to actually make innovation happen in their own firms.
